This privacy policy provides information on the use that the Company will make of your personal data in your capacity as a user of the website (the “Web”).
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide information on the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). III. GENERAL INFORMATION: DESCRIPTION OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

In this privacy policy, you will find in the following section a list identifying, for each of the different data processing operations carried out by the Company, the following information:

a.- The purposes of the processing of your personal data, i.e., the reason why the Company processes your personal data.
b.- The legal bases that allow the processing of your data by the Company for each of the indicated purposes.

For these purposes, we inform you that we do not transfer your personal data to third parties unless there is a legal obligation. On the other hand, the Company’s data processors may have access to your personal data, i.e., service providers who must access your personal data to perform their functions.

Service providers who access your personal data generally operate in the information systems and technology sectors. The table below will indicate, where appropriate, those other sectors in which other possible service providers of the Company who must access your personal data operate.

IV. DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING CARRIED OUT BY AHORRO FAMILIAR

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING: To manage inquiries raised through the inquiry form, as well as to identify you and be able to contact you.
LEGAL BASIS: Legitimate interest of the Company to attend to requests for information through the Web.
RECIPIENTS: Your data may be transferred to group companies (the “Group”), based on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of AHORRO FAMILIAR to attend to your request for information. No additional service providers other than those indicated in section 3c will access your personal data.
RETENTION PERIOD: Until the resolution of your request for information or, where appropriate, for the time necessary to ensure compliance with the legal obligations corresponding to AHORRO FAMILIAR.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING: Management of the personnel selection process for AHORRO FAMILIAR and the relationship with you as a job candidate.
LEGAL BASIS: Consent granted by you for inclusion in the database of job candidates at AHORRO FAMILIAR.
RECIPIENTS: Your data may be transferred to Group companies based on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of AHORRO FAMILIAR.
In addition to the service providers indicated in section 3c, personnel selection service providers may access your personal data.
RETENTION PERIOD: Your data will remain active in the AHORRO FAMILIAR candidate database for 3 years from the time you provided your resume to AHORRO FAMILIAR. Once this period expires, the blocking obligation imposed by legislation could apply.

V. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights at any time and free of charge by sending an email to administracion@ibacapitalpartners.com indicating the right you wish to exercise and your identifying data.

VI. COOKIES

AHORRO FAMILIAR informs the User of the possible placement of “cookies” throughout navigation on their computer, so that when browsing the website, the IP address of the Users’ computer and other possible navigation data could be automatically recognized. The use of cookies will only be for the purpose of maintaining the browsing session, as a way of identifying the User, or for statistical purposes for the exclusive use of AHORRO FAMILIAR.

VII. SECURITY MEASURES

AHORRO FAMILIAR adopts the security levels required by the GDPR appropriate to the nature of the data being processed at all times. Although AHORRO FAMILIAR uses all means at its disposal to prevent such actions or circumstances, it shall not be liable for any damages, losses, expenses, or harms that could be caused to users or third parties.

VIII. MINORS

Minors may not use the services available through the Web without the prior authorization of their parents, tutors, or legal representatives.
